I create various sizes of reusable stencils made to order with your customized logo, design, text, or image! The stencils are made out of pliable plastic that can be reused, especially when handled with care and stored flat! Message me to get a custom order set up, or if you know the size you want, feel free to order it. Please note: The sizes listed are for OVERALL STENCIL SIZE. This means your design will fit *inside* that dimension. If you are not sure what size you need, please message first, as editing an existing order is not possible once placed.

HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGN:

1. Copy and paste the following questions into an etsy message to me by clicking "contact seller" or "request custom order" on this listing or email (GlassyWitch@Gmail.com) and answer the questions about your project:

When do you need the stencil in hand by?
What is the item you are stenciling onto?
How many are you making?
What size is the item you are stenciling onto ( Length x Width in Inches preferred )
What is the design?
Are you located in the US ( shipping purposes )
If applicable, can you pick a font? (dafont.com is great for this - link or screenshot preferred font(S)
Do you have any attachments as examples of the design or inspiration? If so, attach them to the email or message! Any file format is fine, the highest resolution image is preferred!

2. I will reply back with a quote and a custom order link! Once accepted, we will begin the mock up phase

3. The mock up phase consists of a computer generated version of the design and the dimensions before anything is made permanent. Even if your design is not "stencil ready", I can usually edit it and turn it into one, which is primarily what the mock up process is for: to be sure you still approve of your image, logo, or design prior to cutting the actual stencil. You can request as many edits as possible, and please do! If for any reason, no satisfactory agreement can be made in the mock up process, we have the option to provide a full refund for your order.

4. Once the mock up is approved by you, I will cut and ship the stencil and send you a photo of the finished product along with a tracking number. (Note that unless otherwise requested, stencils 4x4" or smaller will be sent via regular stamped letter mail!)

THE FINE DETAILS & THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Keep an eye on your Etsy inbox for updates about orders, it really helps if you have the Etsy app or email alerts
2. You must have an active order before I begin mocking up any orders
3. If you are in a hurry and need your stencil in-hand before my standard 1 week processing time, I recommend messaging me first to work out a time frame and a price or selecting an appropriate shipping and delivery option from check out once the item is in your cart. This additional charge is allows for the additional time required to complete the day's standard orders in addition to yours without sacrificing any other customer's turn around time.

If you need an option that is not listed here such as overnight shipping, or just simply aren't sure what you need, please message me using the "Request Custom Order" link or "Contact Shop Owner".

Please note:
- Maximum cut size is 12 x 12 inches due to the limitations of my machine, larger sizes may need a multi part stencil.
- If you are planning on using this stencil heavily, consider ordering more than one. Paint accumulation will eventually make achieving a clean spray paint difficult.
- All 5-6" and up packages are sent out via USPS first class parcel w/ tracking PLUS insurance from Stamps.com
- Stencils with letter height smaller than 0.5" are not advisable
- Small stencils, 5x5" or less, will need a very simple design to avoid a fragile, delicate stencil.
- Stenciling with rigid plastic stencils on rounded surfaces like coffee mugs, ornaments, balls, glassware etc. is not recommended, I have a better product for that, please message me first!
- Most images require editing to "stencilize" - I can take care of this for you in most cases, but some complex designs will require an editing fee due to the amount of time needed to edit
Example: Lettering like A, a, e, o, p, P, g, R, B, b, Q, q & numbers like 0, 4, 6, 8, and 9 -- things with "holes" have to be edited so that those parts do not get cut out with the rest of the shape. Take a look at the example in the listing photos!
